Job Description Strategic Programme Management Manage and track the strategic Operations transformation programmes Assist in the initiation and mobilisation of key Operations Transformation Programmes, including the development of robust objectives, timelines, costs, and resources Create and maintain regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure performance of the projects under the programme Facilitate the coordination of key meetings such as Programme Steering Committee which includes meeting management, information dissemination and stakeholder engagements Assist in driving execution and follow-through of decisions made by Programme Steering Committee Secretariat for Operational Transformation Programme Steering Committee Benefit & Financial Tracking and Monitoring Identify and document benefits expected from the programme and project implementations Track and report on the realisation of benefits post-project execution Ensure alignment of project outcomes with organisational goals Monitor and manage financial budget and performance for departmental programs Operational & Performance Management Monitor and analyse operational metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement Stay current with industry best practices and emerging trends in operational management. Process Improvement Collaborate with process excellence team to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement Conduct root cause analysis to support the development of improvement opportunities Track impact of change and provide feedback to ensure continuous improvement Risk and Issue Management Support the management of interdependencies and risks, particularly for cross departmental initiatives Assist in driving the resolution of key programme issues, escalating them for guidance and decision when necessary Vendor Management Manage the Operations Transformation Programme vendor such as ensuring performance is met, compliance with contractual obligations and ensuring timely payment to vendor Show more Show less
