Are you a dynamic go-getter with a passion for technology, ESG, and building strong relationships in the building management system Iviva - a global leader in IoT-powered Smart Building solutions - is looking for a fresh, driven Partner Sales & Account Manager to supercharge our Partner Programme. We want someone ready to roll up their sleeves, explore new markets across Southeast Asia, and be a key player in our partner ecosystem. If you&aposre strategic, hands-on, and thrive in a fast-paced digital transformation space - this is for you! What You'll Do Partner Strategy & Enablement Assist in executing a dynamic partner onboarding strategy. Follow up on web/email/social leads from potential partners. Review partner contract documentation and flag any issues or conflicts. Own and maintain CRM data on partners, prospects, and interactions. Collaborate to build initial Go-to-Market (G2M) plans for new partners. Coordinate the creation of training content and run our partner training platform. Manage the partner certification process end to end. Work closely with marketing to craft targeted communications for partner engagement. Deliver product demos to potential partners and evangelize our platform. Sales & Account Management Define and execute strategic account plans to expand the Iviva footprint. Generate high-quality leads and drive outreach across target territories. Build strong, long-term relationships with potential and existing partners/customers. Manage and improve your own pipeline using a structured sales process. Conduct insightful customer and market research to shape consultative sales pitches. Keep abreast of competitors and trends to position Iviva effectively. Maintain detailed sales notes and records in CRM systems. What We're Looking For Experience in Building management , Smart Building Solutions, or PropTech is a must. Strong knowledge or interest in ESG and sustainability-driven technology . Previous experience in partner management, account-based selling , or business development (ideally in the tech or SaaS space). Strategic mindset but also willing to get hands-on in a startup-like environment. Strong communicator with the ability to lead presentations and product demos. CRM-savvy with a data-driven approach to sales and pipeline management. Ready to explore, innovate, and scale in new and emerging markets.
