We are a boutique Staffing Firm based out of Kuala Lumpur. The team has been helping organizations find their Right-Fit employees all across the world for the last 10 years. We cater to IT, Manufacturing, Telecom, Entertainment, Retail, Infrastructure and Renewable Power industries. The Role Vacancy: - Customer Service Korean Location- Ara Damansara, Malaysia. Salary: Bi - lingual (Korean + English) RM 8,500 Permanent Job Fresh Graduate or 1 years Customer Service Experience Headcounts: 10 Work: Working hours - Rotational Shift Joining Date: ASAP or with Notice Period Position Summary Primary Job Functions: Answer incoming calls including email and chat in a timely manner. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions and/or alternatives. Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile Keep the customer's privacy and protect customer information. Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets. Achieve the given metrics in accordance to the center's commitment to client Manage and resolve customer complaints. Identify and escalate issues to supervisors. Provide accurate information and excellent customer service. Research required information using available resources. Research, identify, and resolve customer complaints using applicable resources. Requirements Bachelor's degree or National Diploma Proficient in relevant computer applications Knowledge of customer service practices and principles Excellent data entry and typing skills. Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills Ideal Profile You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Customer Success role, ideally within the Hospitality, Telecommunications and Other Services industry. You possess excellent interpersonal as well as written and verbal communication skills.
