- Develop, review, and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with company objectives.
- Advise management on HR best practices and support organizational growth through strategic HR planning.
- Oversee the full recruitment process including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires.
- Work closely with department heads to identify hiring needs and ensure effective workforce planning.
- Manage payroll processing in compliance with statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, LHDN).
- Recommend and oversee employee benefits and reward programs to ensure competitiveness and retention.
- Identify training needs, develop annual training plans, and organize internal and external training programs.
- Monitor employee development and track the effectiveness of training initiatives.
- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution professionally and confidentially.
- Drive employee engagement activities to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws and employment regulations.
- Keep up-to-date with changes in employment legislation and ensure HR practices remain legally compliant.
- Oversee the implementation of the performance appraisal process.
- Support line managers in setting KPIs, giving feedback, and managing employee performance.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR reports.
- Provide HR-related data and analysis to support decision-making by senior management.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a Human Resources role, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian Labour Laws and HR best practices.
