About the role As a HR Manager, you are reporting to HR Head Supply, ASEAN, you will responsible to implement changes, foster new ideas and position for the factory to succeed in achievement of business goals. Well verse in handling Recruitment, Employee Relations, Compensation and Benefits, Training & Development and Government Regulations such as Employment Act 1955, Industrial Relations Act, Trade Union Act etc. Demonstrated ability to lead the development and implementation of a team-based, high performance culture is an imperative. Your responsibilities Serve as a key member and an advisor to the Factory Management Team. Responsible for all people management processes for the location including employee relations, HR policies, Recruitment, training and development, compensation and benefits, promotions, HR communications and ensuring alignment to Reckitt HR strategies. Work with the business on manpower planning and drive strategies on direct labour and indirect labour hiring and retention. Provide coaching and execution support to management on people issues and on the consistent use of Global HR Tools, processes and policies. Ensure that training and development planning and implementation supports real business needs and that the business is developing a strong bench of talent. Ensures compliance with all local Labour Laws and Global HR Policies. Key Challenge : Partner with Plant Head, JB as to build strong understanding of current and future business requirements and high-performing team. The experience we're looking for Must possess at least a Degree in Human Resource discipline or its equivalent from a recognized University. More than 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist in a Manufacturing environment with full HR Generalist responsibilities.
