Lead DFMEA, risk assessments, and brainstorming for new system development. Oversee the planning and coordination of project tasks, ensuring alignment with timeline, budget, and technical goals. Manage development tools, materials, and test benches effectively. Ensure complete system verification, validation, and seamless handover to operations and field service teams. Prepare documentation and provide training for internal teams. Collaborate with stakeholders and senior management to align resources and resolve technical issues. Foster clear and consistent communication across cross-functional teams. What We're Looking For Proven experience in project or engineering leadership, especially in equipment development. Strong knowledge of semiconductor equipment processes. Proficiency in engineering quality tools: DFMEA, DOE, risk assessment. Excellent time management, planning, and multitasking skills.
