We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to manage and execute Infineon Test Roadmap projects, including test cell projects, within the semiconductor industry. The ideal candidate will have extensive project management experience, strong technical knowledge, and a proven track record of successfully leading cross-functional teams to deliver complex projects on time and within budget. Job Description In your new role you will: Accountable for the execution of Infineon Test Roadmap projects and segments, ensuring all project milestones and goals are met in a timely manner. Manage test technology projects of varying complexity, including schedule planning, budget management, headcount allocation, and investment control. Execute projects in line with Infineon's project management methodologies. Responsible for making operational decisions within the project scope and driving milestone decisions at the project approval body. Work closely with global cross-functional teams, including departments from business division, operations, IT, R&D, etc., to solve complex problems and deliver innovative solutions. Utilize project management tools and methods to structure projects, monitor progress, mitigate risks, and manage changes effectively. Serve as a liaison between internal partners across various functions and regions, ensuring smooth communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle. Manage external partners, including sub-contractors and suppliers of equipment and materials, to ensure alignment with project goals and successful project delivery. Ensure project success through timely delivery and transparency in project status and progress. Build trusted partnerships with project customers and stakeholders through effective communication and updates. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience. Minimum of 6 years of relevant industry experience, ideally with exposure to Semiconductor Test Technology and related processes. Proven track record of managing and leading complex, cross-functional projects in an international environment for at least 4 years. IPMA D certification is preferred. Strong understanding of electronic products and processes throughout the product lifecycle, with hands-on experience in electronics industry manufacturing equipment. Strong interpersonal communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead teams in a matrix organization and build long-lasting, trusted relationships across different functions and regions. Willingness to travel regionally as required. Proficiency in English is essential for effective communication with stakeholders and project teams across regions. High degree of analytical and problem-solving capabilities to address new and complex challenges within the project scope. Experience in managing projects related to semiconductor testing technologies. Familiarity with semiconductor test equipment and electronics manufacturing processes.
