- Achieve sales targets and expand a portfolio of high-potential on-trade outlets, identifying new business opportunities.
- Build strong relationships with outlet owners and F&B managers, implementing trade programs and monitoring account performance.
- Ensure visibility and compliance of point-of-sale materials, coordinating tastings, events, and brand activations.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and competitor intelligence, submitting weekly plans and tracking outlet performance.
- Conduct brand training and product knowledge sessions for trade staff and bartenders.
- Manage wholesaler sales orders and payments, conducting monthly briefings and business reviews.
- Degree holder with business, marketing or related field.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in FMCG, beverage or lifestyle industries.
- Passionate about premium brands, nightlife and consumer trends.
- Strong knowledge of Malaysia's On Trade channel
