Electrical Supervisor (Bintulu)

• Minimum 5 years working experience especially in manufacturing
• SKM/ Diploma in Electrical Engineering or in-depth hands-on knowledge in electrical engineering works
• Able to work in long working hour & shift
• Good understanding of electrical circuit diagram / interpretation
• Knowledgeable in machine automation and AUTOCAD application
• Knowledge & understanding of Mitsubishi, Omron & Yaskawa software

• Performs activities of workers supervision, lead, direct & train subordinate / electrician in performing job tasks.
• PLC programming, upgrading, modification of machine operation
• Carry out troubleshooting, preventive and scheduled maintenance
• Perform Electronic card diagnostic & repair, Electro-pneumatic & electro-hyraulic system, Grecon spark detection system & application
• Performs machine maintenance & downtime analysis of engineering department
• Inspects wiring and fixtures for conformance to company specifications or local electrical codes
• Data compilation for machinery by item group, category, type & capacity
• Ensure the availability of electrical spare parts.
• Recommends measures to improve production methods, equipment performance, and quality of product
• Confers with other supervisors to coordinate activities of individual departments.
• Ensure compliance of safety related rules and regulations, company policy & F&M Act regulation requirements
• To perform other duties internal / external that may assign by management from time to time
