Job DescriptionJob Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Electronic Engineering (Or equivalent).
Minimum 3 years' experience in refinery/ chemical/ manufacturing industries or related fields is highly preferred.
Good in analytical and problem solving skills.
People management experience.
Knowledge in PPM (Predictive and Preventive Maintenance).
Knowledgeable in PLC Control Systems and plant instrument/ electrical equipment.
Knowledgeable in power system, heating, motor control, control circuit.
Knowledge of DOE/ OSHA is required.
Experience in SAP/ERP systems is added advantage.
Familiar with schematics and layout design will be added advantage.
Required skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, Excel, Visio)

Job Responsibilities:

Support the Maintenance Team Leader in all practice and perform any additional tasks relevant and necessary to accomplish the company's objectives.
Coordinate and direct all activities of Electrical & Instrumentation personnel (including contractors) to ensure maximum utilization of resources to ensure good support to meet production and operational goals.
Liaise with all departments in achieving company goal.
To mobilize manpower to support plant equipment installation, modifications, repairs and start-ups.
Ensuring budgets and schedules meet site requirement.
Complies with environment, security, health and safety requirements.
Responsible for servicing, calibrating, repairing and maintaining equipment related to E&I.
Maintain proper records of all electrical and instrument servicing, inspection calibration repair and maintenance work and have such records/register made available for perusal if required.
To compile data and reports on electricity consumption and plant downtime arising from Electrical & Instrumentation problems.
To draw up preventive maintenance policies and schedules for all electrical equipment and instruments.
Preparing for instrument list based on P&ID, generating instrument datasheet, hook-up drawing, cable schedule, input-output list, and design control system architecture.
