Responsibilities: a) IT Resources Maximising the utilisation of IT resources, including both hardware and software infrastructures. To monitor the movement of all IT equipment and assets and facilitate the audit of these assets by keeping good records. To review and set workflow processes of the IT department, including the purposes of IT and ISO certifications. To facilitate the booking of IT Lab resources. Ensure classrooms and auditoriums are equipped with the appropriate IT resources. b) IT Maintenance To ensure all IT assets are maintained regularly and kept functional. Software licences must be renewed according to the stipulated timeline in the ISO documentation. Ensuring timely response to disaster recovery, system failures and cybersecurity incidents. To carry out daily administration of the IT Department, including filing, sorting, typing and photocopying. To perform any other ad-hoc task as instructed from time to time. Requirements: Possess a Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree/Diploma in IT or any IT-related discipline with a minimum of 3 - 5 years of relevant experience.
