SCOPE / PURPOSE OF JOB / JOB RESPONSIBILITIES 1) Strategic IT Management Oversee the organization's IT infrastructure, systems, software, and services Align IT initiatives with the company's strategic goals and growth plans 2) IT Security & Compliance Ensure the security, integrity, and compliance of IT operations Implement and monitor cybersecurity protocols and data protection measures 3) Systems Implementation & Optimization Lead the design, deployment, and optimization of IT systems and platforms Evaluate emerging technologies for potential adoption 4) Advanced IT Support (Level 2 & 3) Serve as the escalation point for complex technical issues Provide guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff 5) Infrastructure & Maintenance Manage and maintain core IT infrastructure including servers, networks, mobile devices, PABX, CCTV and access control systems Monitor network performance and conduct preventive maintenance 6) Disaster Recovery & Business Continuity Develop and maintain disaster recovery plans and backup systems Ensure minimal downtime and rapid recovery in case of system failures 7) User Account & Access Management Administer user accounts, permissions, and access controls across platforms 8) Vendor & Supplier Management Build and maintain strong relationships with IT vendors and service providers Oversee procurement and contract negotiations 9) Policy Development & Documentation Assist in developing IT policies, procedures, and best practices Ensure accurate documentation of IT assets and configurations 10) Other Duties as Assigned Support event setups, logistics, visitor arrangements, and meeting room configurations Provide additional support to the Facilities team as needed 1) Education: A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is typically required. Advanced degrees or certifications are often preferred. 2) Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in IT management or related roles, with a proven track record of managing IT infrastructure and services. 3) Technical Skills: Strong technical knowledge of network and PC operating systems, current network hardware, protocols, and IT best practices. 4) Leadership Skills: Experience in team management and demonstrated leadership skills. 5) Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms. 6) Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyze complex data. 7) Project Management: Experience in project management and implementation of IT systems.
