The Recruitment Specialist is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process across various functions (both technical and non-technical), working closely with internal stakeholders to meet business hiring needs, and contributing to a high-quality candidate experience. Other expectations include to maintain confidentiality, adhere to company policies, and demonstrate initiative in improving recruitment processes. Key Responsibilities: 1. Job Requirements: Job Requirements Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology , or related fields. At least 6 years' experience in recruitment , talent acquisition , or HR-related roles . Experience with IT Recruitment is highly preferred since N2N is a tech-heavy company. Strong understanding of Malaysian labor laws and hiring regulations . Is great with interpersonal skills for client and hiring manager communication. Able to work independently and handle multiple vacancies under tight deadlines. Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, other dialects (e.g., Mandarin) are an added advantage. Show more Show less
