: 1 , , ; 2 , , , ; 3 , , , , 4 , , OPS : , , , Job Responsibilities: 1.Be responsible for the human resources operations of local employees in overseas regions and Chinese expatriate staff, including managing processes such as employee onboarding, offboarding, probation 2.completion, and job transfers, to ensure efficient execution of these procedures. 3.Participate in the formulation of human resources operation plans, workflows, service standards, and other systems to ensure the legality, compliance, efficiency of processes, and positive employee experiences. Continuously optimize existing processes to improve operational efficiency. 4.Collect and organize human resources operation data, analyze operational effectiveness, and provide decision support to management. Through data analysis, identify potential issues and propose improvement suggestions. 5.Maintain close communication with overseas departments, the Chinese headquarters, and external partners to ensure the smooth advancement of human resources operation work. Coordinate resources and resolve issues and challenges in cross-departmental collaboration. OPS Team Positioning: Focused on overseas human resources operations, responsible for managing the efficient processes, optimizing employee experiences, and ensuring legal compliance for both local employees and Chinese expatriate staff. Experience in human resources or related fields, with a strong interest in overseas human resources operations. 2.Familiar with the basic theories and practical operations of human resources management, and understanding of human resources policies and regulations in overseas regions. 3.Good communication skills and team collaboration ability, able to effectively communicate with employees from different departments and cultural backgrounds. 4.Possess project management skills, strong learning and adaptability, able to quickly adapt to overseas working environments and cultural differences.
