- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of Sales Managers and Executives across multiple branches.
- Set and drive strategies to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals.
- Monitor branch performance and implement improvements to boost efficiency and customer engagement.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales tactics.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to develop promotional campaigns.
- Provide regular reporting on sales performance to senior leadership.
- Participate in key decision-making on showroom expansion, pricing strategies, and customer retention plans.
- Resolve high-level customer concerns and ensure service excellence.
- Drive profitability and growth of the showroom operations.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 8–10 years of sales experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
- Willingness to travel between branches as needed.
- Multilingual ability is a plus (e.g., English, Bahasa Malaysia).
