- Collaborate with stakeholders across business, IT, and QA teams to communicate risks and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4-5 years' experience in Salesforce, including configuration and administration.
- Strong background in data quality, governance, and CRM data management.
- Proficient with tools like Jira or ServiceNow for defect and incident handling.
- Excellent communication skills; comfortable working with global stakeholders in an Agile environment.
