ResponsibilitiesMain Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with physicians, dialysis technicians, and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Educate patients and their families about dialysis procedures, post-treatment care, and long-term health management.
  • Maintain a safe, clean clinical environment and adhere to healthcare standards and safety regulations.
  • Contribute to the creation and improvement of patient care protocols, supporting continuous quality improvement initiatives.
