Job Title: Hotel Customer Service Representative - Mandarin Support (Email, Chat & Phone) Location: G Tower, near Ampang Park Station, Kuala Lumpur Company: TP Malaysia Salary: Up to RM5,000 Work Type: Full-time | Willing to work on assigned shifts Job Overview: We are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative supporting Mandarin-speaking customers . You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone , ensuring a smooth and professional customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries through email, live chat, and phone in a timely and professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies. Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns effectively and efficiently. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Document and track interactions using internal systems. Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve issues. Requirements: Proficient in Mandarin (spoken and written) and English . Strong communication and problem-solving skills. Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory. Able to work on a rotational shift schedule , including weekends and public holidays. Must be willing to work on-site at G Tower, Kuala Lumpur (near Ampang Park LRT Station).
