
Pricing Manager - Sales Excellence

- Develop and implement regional pricing strategies aligned with global guidelines.
- Analyze market trends, customer segmentation, and competitive pricing to inform pricing decisions.
- Support new product pricing, promotional pricing, and discounting frameworks.
- Collaborate with sales teams to improve pricing discipline and deal profitability.
- Provide training and tools to enhance pricing capabilities and decision-making.
- Monitor pricing performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead pricing analytics, including margin analysis, price realization, and elasticity studies.
- Develop dashboards and KPIs to track pricing effectiveness and sales performance.
- Provide actionable insights to leadership based on data trends.
- Ensure adherence to pricing policies and approval processes.
- Support audits and compliance reviews related to pricing practices.
- Maintain pricing documentation and approval records.
- Act as a liaison between regional sales, finance, marketing, and global pricing teams.
- Support commercial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Contribute to strategic initiatives such as digital pricing tools or pricing automation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in pricing, sales operations, or commercial excellence roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel, Power BI, or similar tools.
- Experience with pricing software (e.g., PROS, Vendavo, SAP CPQ) is a plus.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Possess strategic and commercial driven thinking, strong influencing and negotiation skills with continous improvement mindset
