Finance and Account Administrator Department: Operation Reports To: Operation Manager Salary Range: RM3,000 - RM4,000 (depending on experience) About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Finance and Account Administrator to join our team. This role will support both financial operations and account administration, ensuring accurate financial records, timely invoicing, and smooth client account management. You will play a key role in maintaining efficient finance processes that support our company's growth. Key Responsibilities Finance Duties: Prepare and issue proforma invoices, invoices, credit notes, and receipts to clients Monitor accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments Assist with monthly bookkeeping tasks including data entry, bank reconciliation, and ledger maintenance Support monthly closing processes and assist in the preparation of financial reports Process staff expense claims, petty cash reimbursements, and supplier payments Maintain organized and accurate financial records for auditing and compliance purposes Account Administration: Maintain up-to-date and accurate client account records Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely service delivery and correct billing Prepare supporting documents such as quotations, contracts, and summary reports Respond to client inquiries related to finance or account status in a timely and professional manner Track project timelines, renewal dates, and payment milestones Provide general administrative support to the finance and client servicing teams as needed Requirements Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field 1-3 years of working experience in finance, accounts, or administrative support Proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with accounting software such as SQL, Xero, or similar Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills (both written and verbal) High level of integrity and professionalism in handling confidential information What We Offer Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement Supportive and collaborative team culture On-the-job training and mentoring to strengthen your skills Dynamic work environment with meaningful responsibilities Show more Show less
