About the Role: We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our finance team. You will be assigned to support either internal finance operations or external client bookkeeping, depending on team needs and your experience. The role offers hands-on exposure to full-set accounting, tax compliance, financial reporting, and stakeholder coordination. Key Responsibilities (based on assignment): ???? Internal Finance: Review and finalize billing documents (invoices, credit/debit notes) Maintain accounts receivable ledgers and prepare aging reports Validate and process commission payments and CP58 documentation Perform bank reconciliations and record cash receipts Support month-end and year-end closing, financial reporting, and tax filings Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and internal stakeholders ????
