Key Responsibilities Setting up and optimising Digibanks's assets across in-app / base marketing platforms. Beyond setting up, you will also be responsible for tracking the overall performance of each campaign within our app. Bonus - if you're familiar with MarTech solutions (or are a fast learner and have a keen interest to learn how MarTech platform solutions works) Daily responsibilities include: Support the Campaign Operations team with in-app marketing campaign setup like Banners, EDM Needs to be comfortable and/or quick to learn setting up on platforms Work with the respective Marketing and Commercial teams to plan out the best inapp user journeys for each campaign Track and share monthly campaign performance updates Work closely with Regional MarTech and Product team - to get updates on latest platform capabilities for in-app advertising, marketing, campaign design and set up enhancements. And then localize it to the local team. At least 2-3 years of working experience in Marketing Performance/ Campaign Operations fields Good team player, able to work in a fast paced environment Loves problem solving operational inefficiencies Big believer in simplifying user experiences within the app Strong communication skills Comfortable working with Martech solutions Experience / Exposure to communication & HTML Coding tools such as Lean Plum, HTML5 will be added advantage Traits Have the basic understanding of planning for 'best in-app user journeys and experiences' Have a flair for solving and optimizing for campaign operational (and even technical) challenges Love working in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
