Advise on and refine operational procedures for improved efficiency and effectiveness.
Coordinate and schedule tasks to meet stringent deadlines, managing resources efficiently.
Ensure equipment operates according to specifications through rigorous testing and maintenance.
Investigate and troubleshoot faults, diagnosing issues promptly to minimize downtime.
Supervise technical staff, ensuring adherence to safety standards and providing training and support as needed.
Lead and coordinate with clients and vendors
Involve in pre-commissioning, plant start up & commissioning phases. Including pre-startup review (PSSR), JSA preparation, system walk down, punch list closure, etc.
Develop and set up schedules, manpower requirements, and machinery/tool planning for pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.

skills & experience

Degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent
10 - 15 years of experience with plant operation during pre-commissioning and commissioning activities. Experience with refinery plant operations is beneficial.
Strong leadership and problem solving skills
Open for frequent travelling to site
