- Has a passion for service. Previous service experience will be an advantage.
- Good team player and willingness to learn.
- Respond to all customers' inquiries, complaints and supports professionally.
- Convert potential leads into happy buyer with proper sales approach.
- Maximize opportunities to up sell or cross sell products that brings added value to customers.
- Build rapport with customers and long term loyalty.
- Assist in returns or warranty claims for customers.
- To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer chat inquiries. (including Follow up)
- To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
- To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
- Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
- Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries of customers and provide technical issue resolution via email, live chat apps, social media or any other online platforms.
