• Has a passion for service. Previous service experience will be an advantage.

• Respond to all customers' inquiries, complaints and supports professionally.
• Convert potential leads into happy buyer with proper sales approach.
• Maximize opportunities to up sell or cross sell products that brings added value to customers.
• Build rapport with customers and long term loyalty.
• Assist in returns or warranty claims for customers.
• To efficiently handle inbound and outbound customer chat inquiries. (including Follow up)
• To ensure customer satisfaction by providing excellent Customer Services.
• To be constantly guided by company's service standards.
• Handle complaint, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution
• Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Professionally handle a high volume of inquiries of customers and provide technical issue resolution via email, live chat apps, social media or any other online platforms.
