- Generating leads through prospecting calls, referrals, walk-ins and other methods.
- Developing and delivering effective presentations to potential clients on our products and services.
- Creating customized sales pitches tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals.
- Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system throughout the entire sales process.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as product development, marketing, technical support, finance, legal, etc., to ensure smooth delivery of products and services.
- Identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within accounts and proactively addressing customer concerns.
- Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in customer needs to refine sales strategies accordingly.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or equivalent experience.
- Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT, software, or related industries.
- Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
