Why does this job exist and why is it critical Responsibilities Generating leads through prospecting calls, referrals, walk-ins and other methods. Developing and delivering effective presentations to potential clients on our products and services. Creating customized sales pitches tailored to each client&aposs specific needs. Negotiating contracts and closing deals to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals. Maintaining accurate records in our CRM system throughout the entire sales process. Collaborating cross-functionally with internal teams such as product development, marketing, technical support, finance, legal, etc., to ensure smooth delivery of products and services. Identifying opportunities for upselling/cross-selling within accounts and proactively addressing customer concerns. Staying up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and changes in customer needs to refine sales strategies accordingly. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Engineering or equivalent experience. Proven track record of success in outside sales, preferably in telecommunications, IT, software, or related industries. Excellent communication skills (oral, written, presentation) in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport quickly with diverse stakeholders at all levels.
