Role Overview: They are seeking a results-driven Sales Manager to lead business development efforts across Asia and the Middle East. This role is responsible for managing channel partners, growing aftermarket parts and service sales, and driving both brownfield and greenfield equipment sales in the Oil & Gas and Marine sectors. Key Responsibilities: Manage and grow regional channel partners to achieve revenue and install base targets Drive aftermarket sales through effective support of the existing customer base Lead brownfield equipment sales on offshore platforms and FPSOs Pursue greenfield sales opportunities with EPC contractors for new projects Provide inspection offers, troubleshooting support, and rental equipment options Maintain accurate records and forecasts using CRM (Odoo preferred) Coordinate with Finance for customer setup, credit terms, and payment follow-up Gather market intelligence on competitors, customer trends, and pricing expectations Collaborate with Marketing on lead-generation and promotional campaigns Requirements: Strong B2B sales experience in Oil & Gas, Marine, or industrial equipment sectors Proven track record in channel partner management and territory development Knowledge of aftermarket service and equipment replacement cycles Willingness to travel across Asia and the Middle East (30-50%) Proficient in CRM and sales reporting tools Self-motivated, analytical, and customer-focused Show more Show less
