- Fronter Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with 13 fronting partners across the ASEAN region to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication.
- Fronting Processes Documentation and Review: Review, optimize and document fronting processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Implementation of Fronter KPIs Monitoring Dashboard: Develop and implement a comprehensive dashboard for monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) of fronting operations, providing insights for continuous improvement.
- Fronting AR Monitoring and Management: Oversee the monitoring and management of accounts receivable related to fronting activities, ensuring timely collection and resolution of outstanding payments.
- Coordination of Reinsurance Contract Review: Collaborate with Legal teams and fronting counterparties to review and update reinsurance contracts, ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and business objectives.
- Support Compass Implementation: Assist in the implementation of Compass, focusing on its integration with fronting processes to enhance operational efficiency.
- Support Ongoing Projects and Operational Improvements: Actively contribute to various projects and initiatives aimed at improving operational processes and achieving business goals.
- Involvement and coordination when any Regulatory Change will impact our business line/Processes
- Involvement and coordination in wording change or extension of other business line in the fronted market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in trade credit insurance or a similar industry, with a focus on reinsurance/ fronting operations.
- Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data analysis and dashboard creation for KPI monitoring.
- Familiarity with legal contract review processes and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to operational improvements.
