Job DescriptionRESPONSIBILITIES:
  • To assist in handling day-to-day office administration works including preparing quotations, email corresponding, filing, faxing, photostat and etc.
REQUIREMENTS:
  • Female, age less than 30 years old.
  • Minimum Diploma with 1-2 years working experience in administrative duties
  • Good command in English & Bahasa Malysia
  • Computer literate (Ms.Excel, Ms Words)
  • Independent, initiative and able to work under pressure in a demanding and multitasking environment with minimum supervision
  • Organized and meticulous in paperwork
  • Possess good communication skills and good working attitude
  • Able to work long hours / 5 ½ Working Days
