- Plan and execute strategic marketing campaigns to drive brand & marketing growth.
- Develop, manage, and oversee all go-to-market initiatives, including SEO/SEM, social media, email marketing, traditional media (print and broadcast), and content creation to build awareness and engagement across platforms.
- Identify trends and incorporate new ideas to grow social media followers and engagement, while leading and optimizing digital performance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and regional teams to ensure consistent execution across all customer touchpoints.
- Analyze data and insights to measure campaign effectiveness, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in managing the marketing department budget.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in branding and marketing roles.
- Proven ability to develop and present brand and marketing strategies.
- Strong track record in running effective 360° marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
- Ability to analyze data and market research, with strong problem-solving skills to address discrepancies effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong strategic, creative, and data-driven thinking.
