- Develop and implement comprehensive employer branding strategies that align with the Company's vision, mission, values, culture, and business objectives.
- Leverage various channels such as social media, Companys website, industry events including Company Awards to promote the employer brand.
- Create engaging content including videos, infographics, employee stories, newsletters, webinars, events, and testimonials.
- Manage the company's presence on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Companys website, LinkedIn, and other relevant sites.
- Create and schedule posts, respond to comments and reviews, and engage with followers to build a positive online reputation.
- Develop and implement programs including CEO Communication to encourage employee advocacy and internal engagement.
- Organize internal campaigns and events that promote a positive work environment and strengthen the company culture.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute CSR projects and campaigns.
- Manage budgets and resources for CSR initiatives.
- Monitor, track, analyze, and report on branding performance key metrics

- Stay updated on industry trends and continuously seek out innovative ways to improve our employer branding efforts.
- Ensure adherence to the compliance of company policies, industry regulations and legal requirements.
- Management of the sections overall budgeting and expense control.
- Any other assignment deems fit that shall be given to you from time to time.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or a related area.
- Strong understanding of employer branding strategies and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in content creation and social media management.
- Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative branding initiatives.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting.
- Relocation allowance 1 month (Only for Sarawakians working in foreign countries, non-Sarawakian & expatriates).
