JOB PURPOSE Responsible for asset replacement monitoring activities which includes in monitoring asset lifecycle states, maintaining asset-related database and asset technical information through the SAP system. Also, monitor on major/critical asset use in order to ensure optimum use of asset, the best asset maintenance while assisting to establishing good governance practice within Prasarana to support the company to achieve business focus and strategic objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES To create Asset Register for major critical asset database through O&M review. To support asset custodian on asset lifecycle monitoring by establishing major and critical asset components configuration database i.e manufacture, supplier, specification, lifespan and recommended replacement. To develop SAP Asset Replacement Module complete with essential data for easy tracking and monitoring. To appoint and engage consultant on complicated system such as RSD and Buses. - Review the O&M and produce lifecycle replacement of major and critical component. To monitor the asset replacement schedule for critical equipment according to OEM / Manufacturer recommendation and ensure that replacement exercise is execute at appropriate time. Early engagement and notification via email to asset operator towards OEM recommendation for asset replacement scheduled 2 years advance notification (depending on lead time and internal procurement process) towards meeting operation and equipment reliability. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES Bachelor's Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Building / Facilities / Property. For Degree holder, 2 years in working related field. For Diploma holder, 5 years in working related field. Competent in following areas: Mechanical & Electrical maintenance Building and Structure maintenance LRT or Railway System Engineering. Permanent Way System & Engineering LRT or Railway Signaling and Communication. Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) Inspection process. Asset Maintenance Audit & Report Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, SAP, and MMS. SRF C13-2024
