JOB PURPOSE Responsible for asset monitoring activities which includes asset verification, inspection, maintenance, and operation evaluation, to ensure optimum use of asset, the best asset maintenance while assisting to establishing good governance practice within Prasarana to support the company to achieve business focus and strategic objectives. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Inspect, review, and verify finance division Fixed Asset Register (FAR) new lists on physical asset condition and facilities check for asset verification of all corporate and business operation (Rapid Rail & Bus) including its maintenance planning. Inspect and monitor asset utilization for efficient and optimum use of asset. Inspect, analyses, review and update the asset maintenance performance for record and improvement. Inspect, analyses and review the asset condition for optimum durability and life span. Prepare, inspect, and update asset inventory record and reference for asset tracking and monitoring. Co-operate and assist the External/ Internal Auditor for asset sighting. Prepare draft asset monitoring report for submission. Witness, inspects and verify new asset register. QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & COMPETENCIES Bachelor Degree or Diploma holder in Electrical / Mechanical / Civil / Building / Facilities / Property. For Degree holder, 2 years in working related field. For Diploma holder, 5 years in working related field. Competent in following areas: Mechanical & Electrical maintenance Building and Structure maintenance LRT or Railway System Engineering. Permanent Way System & Engineering LRT or Railway Signaling and Communication. Quality Assurance and Control (QA/QC) Inspection process. Asset Maintenance Audit & Report Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, Auto CAD, SAP, and MMS. SRF C12-2024
