Responsibilities: Lead and support client workshops and meetings, including preparation, facilitation, and documentation. Conduct structured research, data gathering, and analysis. Translate current-state analysis into target-state business solutions, identifying gaps and opportunities. Prepare Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), functional specifications, and use cases. Develop process models, logical data models, and architecture documentation. Support technical teams by clarifying requirements and ensuring user satisfaction. Analyze and recommend enhancements to business processes, systems, and reporting tools. Conduct client interviews and document meeting outcomes. Contribute to business development through client and market research. Collaborate with development teams and provide input for customizations. Perform QA testing and validation as required. Deliver high-quality consulting outputs (presentations, reports, proposals). Develop reusable consulting frameworks, templates, and methodologies. Support project planning activities and light scripting when needed. Mentor and guide junior analysts within project teams. Experience & Skills: Proven experience in one or more areas of banking and financial services: Wealth/Private Banking, Transaction Banking, Insurance, Payments, etc. Strong business analysis expertise including stakeholder interviews, requirement gathering, and process mapping. Proficiency in drafting proposals and documenting technical and functional requirements. Familiarity with business analysis tools/methodologies (e.g., RUP, UML). Strong communication and presentation skills with experience in client-facing roles. Ability to lead tasks independently while mentoring junior team members. Show more Show less
