PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:Coordination and Supervision - Coordinate, manage and monitor the workings of a team of young professionals to uphold operational excellence.Best Practices - Improve processes and policies in support of team goals. Formulate and implement team policies and procedures to maximize output. Monitor adherence to rules, regulations and procedures. Monitor and evaluate performance. Actively participate in the coaching, mentoring, management and training of a team of young professionals.Work Plan - Coordinate and monitor the work plan of the team. Manage quality and quantity of employee productivity.Strategic Input - Fostering strong relationships and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders. Assist in the development of strategic plans for operational activity.Client portfolio management - Assisting on client Asset & Wealth Management Compliance matters and fostering strong relationships on client accounts.Pursue opportunities to develop existing and new skills outside of your comfort zone.Act to resolve issues which prevent effective team working, even during times of change and uncertainty.Coach others and encourage them to take ownership of their development.Analyse complex ideas or proposals and build a range of meaningful recommendations.Use multiple sources of information including broader stakeholder views to develop solutions and recommendations.Address sub-standard work or work that does not meet firm’s/client’s expectations.Develop a perspective on key global trends, including globalization, and how they impact the firm and our clients.Manage a variety of viewpoints to build consensus and create positive outcomes for all partiesFocus on building trusted relationships.Uphold the firm’s code of ethics and business conduct.RequirementsBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or other related discipline, with prior experience in financial reporting and analysis would be an advantage.Minimum 6 years of experience with a proven track record of success in driving operational excellence and leading teams.Relevant experience or understanding of Asset & Wealth Management services would be an added advantageStrong verbal and written communication skills.Communicates with impact, knowledge and strong understanding of internal and external client’s needs.Ability and willingness to keep up-to-date with Asset & Wealth Management technical developments.Understanding of asset management trends, best practices, and emerging technologies would be highly desirable.Excellent whole leadership, business acumen and people management skills with the ability to connect the dots between business strategy, operations and people engagement.Proven ability to think strategically, analyze complex issues, and develop innovative solutions to drive business results.Experience in project management, process improvement methodologies and change management.Education (if blank, degree and/or field of study not specified) Degrees/Field of Study required:Degrees/Field of Study preferred:Certifications (if blank, certifications not specified)Required SkillsOptional SkillsDesired Languages (If blank, desired languages not specified)Travel Requirements Not SpecifiedAvailable for Work Visa Sponsorship?
