Responsibilities Formulates marketing strategies in alignment with the brand objectives. Develops short-term and long-term strategic marketing plans to meet the company's expectations and delivers the annual budgets. Ensures marketing plans are efficiently implemented to meet targeted growth and achieve all milestones. Responsible for development of new products in terms of concept, formulation and packaging. Manages stocks forecast and counter merchandizing. Prepares sales and marketing reports to facilitate brand review and analysis. Conduct presentation and meeting with sales team and retailers. Monitors competitors' activities; analyzes pricing positions. Organizes ATL and BTL activities and events. Analysis of market and consumer data to make strategic recommendations into the advertising and promotional strategy to drive the brand performance Qualifications University degree in marketing , business or science Written & verbal communication in English is a must Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing , brand management in an well recognized FMCG company.
