Our people serve more than 200,000 medical facilities and work with over 450 clients, including the top 20 pharmaceutical companies in the world Purpose of the Role: Lead brand team to formulating winning brand strategies and tactics that will grow business across targeted channels and customers groups. Work closely with Marketing Manager; sales teams, medical, access and other cross function teams to achieve brand goals and strategic imperatives per brand plan. Partner with external stakeholders, clients, and customers to ensure broaden access to target brands and improve consumer experience. Collaborate with internal and external colleagues and sales team to ensure flawless execution of brand strategies and tactics. Expectations of the Role: Develop clear, well communicated vision and marketing strategies that can be translated to effective marketing and sales plan (both strategic and tactical plans) for current and future product launches within the franchise through effective brands, operational, forecast and budget plans to ensure sales, profitability and market share targets are achieved Optimize allocation of resources for brands to drive optimum return of investments through good financial planning (PNL, A&P, sales budget planning) and manage demand forecasts and supply planning well to mitigate write-off risks. Ensure robust forecasting for monthly demand and supply planning and close monitoring of A&P utilization to ensure investments are aligned with brand strategic imperatives and brand goals and ensure A&P spending robustness (accuracy) Build strategic partnerships / collaboration with key internal (cross functional) and external stakeholders. Monitor market conditions and analyse various relevant data, i.e., sales, IMS, customers' offtake, retail audit, shopper research etc. to identify opportunities for market access, business development and innovative program. Drive execution excellence of omnichannel and digital strategies to support brand growth and increase HCPs' engagements and advocacies. Promote and adhere to Zuellig Pharma's core values when carrying out day-to-day responsibilities and interactions. Attributes Required: Must-Have: Bachelor's degree in related field. Pharmaceutical sales and marketing experiences 1-3 years of brand management and marketing experiences, for ethical business in pharmaceutical industry, is preferred. Good strategic thinking capabilities with demonstrated growth and innovative mindset.
