- Backend IC packaging turnkey solutions provider that include wafer bumping, wafer sort, assembly and testing.
- Confirm and supervise production line personnel & machine operations/deal.
- Track production line abnormality handling & reflect and assist in handling quality abnormalities.
- Respond or feedback internal and external/customer demand information.
- Supervise product Q-TIME control to comply with specifications.
- Work progress handover/quality/related matters
- Review abnormal personnel.
- Confirm personnel work discipline/6S.
- Arrange personnel sub-skill training.
- Handle attendance abnormalities/maintain performance appraisal.
- Bachelor degree in Science and Engineering/Business Management or any related field.
- Min 1 year of working experience in related firm.
- Require one to two years of training in Taiwan and need to continue working according to the contract for another 3 years . During the training period, round-trip tickets, monthly training allowances, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation to and from work will be provided.
- Proficiency in English and Mandarin. (Communication, write and read)
- Shift requirements (Day shift: 7am - 7pm、Night shift: 7pm - 7am)
- Working days: Estimate 4 days per week.
