- 工作交接-交接進度/WIP/品質/相關事項
- 檢討異常-檢討異常人員
- 稽核產線-確認人員工作紀律/6S
- 安排訓練-安排人員副技能訓練
- 處置考勤&績效-處理考勤異常/ 維護績效考核
- 此職務需至台灣培訓一至兩年，並依合約返回馬來西亞繼續工作三年。受訓期間提供免費來回機票、受訓津貼、餐費補助、免費住宿及上下班交通接駁 :The vacancy require one to two years of training in Taiwan and need to continue working according to the contract for another 3 years . During the training period, round-trip tickets, monthly training allowances, meal subsidies, free accommodation, and transportation to and from work will be provided
- 學歷要求：大學畢業｜工業工程/理工/企業管理相關科系: Education Level ：Bachelor of Engineering industrial engineering/science and engineering/business management related disciplines
- 語言能力：英語及華語口說流利 Language Skills：Fluently in English and Mandarin.
- 有生產或設備經驗者尤佳 Experience in production or equipment is preferred.
- 輪班要求(白天：07-19、晚上：19-07) Shift requirements (Day shift:07-19、Night shift:19-07)
