- To oversee, monitor, and optimize the Production Processes and Activities of certain production line/area, meeting Delivery Target, Cost Target, Quality Requirement and Safety Standards
- To troubleshoot production lines and ensure smooth operations.
- Involved in New Product, New production line introduction, Capacity Planning, Continuous Improvement, PRMEA, Technical Documentation Handling etc.
- Possesses Bachelor's Degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years' experience in Process / Production role in Manufacturing industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills using relevant tools such as 8D, 6Sigma etc.
