Including FMEA are maintained. reviewed and updated. Initiate and delegate change request activities related to BIP Foley products. Manage the on-going stability study activities which involves testing and reporting. Monitor and follow up the trending of CAPA issuance and closure related to incoming, in-process and out-going. Participate in supplier quality monitor ng including supplier performance and CAPA issuance. Involved in post market surveillance activities for BIP Foley products. Participate in any continuous improvement project related to BIP Foley products. Perform validation activities for the new test method and/or test method transfer related to the new product development. Perform Silver analysis for the new product during validation execution. Operations: Support Production Engineer in term of the process related issue in mass production. Perform monitoring on the effectiveness of the corrective and preventive action for each CAPA raised and responsible for initiating action upon occurrence of any repetitive event. Responsible to record, monitor and report the trend data for monthly/quarterly/yearly QA/QC reports/validation/equipment company. Lead activities related to scheduled waste management. Assist, support function for QA Engineer and QA Manager as and when required. Perform specific tasks assigned by QA Manager / QMR as and when required.
