Job Summary This role is responsible for managing and developing relationships with our key channel partners, driving sales growth and ensuring effective distribution of our products in the market. Key Responsibilities / Duties Implement channel strategies and business plans to achieve sales targets and market share goals and overall business objectives. Assist in developing and executing the Trade Promotion / Marketing Plan in line with sales and marketing objectives and managing distributor relationship. Build collaborative partnerships with key retail partnerships to win category captaincy. Identify category improvement areas via performance reviews and post evaluations with the key account team/retailer periodically. Executing trade promotions and rolling out impactful in-store campaigns in collaboration with marketing & sales teams. Visiting the points of sales regularly to ensure that the brand is visible, and guidelines are respected. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, supply chain and product development to ensure alignment and seamless execution of channel initiatives. Monitor and analyze sales data, market share, and key performance indicators to track progress, identify gaps and implement strategies to maximize revenue and profitability. Coordinate and participate in trade shows, industry events and customer meetings, representing the Company and exploring potential partnerships or collaborations. Review planograms by channel on quarterly basis, based on additional shopper insights. Regular trade visits with market reports to provide trade and market insights on the latest competitors' / shoppers' trends, opportunities, and challenges to aid for marketing strategy and plan. Job Skills and Qualifications Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or any other related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Channel Management/Trade Marketing in the FMCG industry. Specific skills / abilities: Strong understanding of FMCG distribution channels, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret sales data and market insights to drive business decisions, proficient in MS Office. Personal qualities: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, excellent communication, negotiation. Good in stakeholder management. Show more Show less
