What to Expect The Executive, Trade Marketing will be responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and coordination of trade marketing activities in line with business objectives for both Malaysia and Singapore markets. This role involves managing point-of-sale materials, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing administrative support for quotations and invoice management. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and skilled in multitasking, with strong communication and teamwork abilities. You Will Key Responsibilities and Deliverables Assist in planning and executing trade marketing plans that align with overall business objectives. Manage premium and point of sales materials to ensure timely delivery to stores. Work closely with cross functional team include marketing, sales, regulatory, external agencies, government department to ensure smooth execution of trade marketing initiatives and ensure all are executed on time. Managing Malaysia Advertising Board (MAB) submission and approval to ensure all trade marketing activities are strictly comply to Malaysia regulations and brand guidelines. Support trade marketing team for Malaysia and Singapore on raising quotations and invoice management in line with the trade marketing budget. Role Requirements To excel in this role, you should have: Min Experience, Qualifications, Knowledge Skills and Abilities Degree in Marketing, Business or Similar At least 1-3 years' experience in trade marketing or sales Strong understanding of trade marketing principles and sales processes Knowledge of Malaysia Advertising Board (MAB) submission requirements and compliance guidelines Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders Strong organizational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in execution Proficiency in managing quotations, invoices, and budget tracking Effective verbal and written communication skills Proactive, adaptable, and able to work independently as well as in a team environment At Smollan, we help our clients win at the point of purchase.
