- Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities in the industrial sector.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and prospects.
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and solutions according to customer requirements.
- Collaborate with the technical and operations team to ensure project success.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs.
- Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products and services.
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
- At least 3 years of industrial lubricant experience in business development, sales, or accounts servicing.
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently, be self-motivated, and have a proactive, results-oriented mindset
- Adaptable and willing to learn new skills to stay ahead of industry trends
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Possess own transport and willing to travel when necessary.
- Proficiency in Mandarin will be considered an added advantage.
