Overall Job FunctionThe Accounts Executive shall be responsible to assist Accounts Manager in accounting operations by performing data entry and responsible for day to day accounting recording function.Primary Responsibilities1 Capable of doing full set accounts & knowledge in contractor's accounts is of advantage.2 To check and verify all claims, payables and prepare all journal vouchers and cheque.3 To prepare project costing and submit to Accounts Manager for processing sales commission.4 To charge expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoice/expenses reports.5 To ensure the accounting data are up to date and comply to regulations and local authority.6 To issue SO for successful project and update progress billing.7 To issue Invoice and Delivery Order for each transaction.8 To follow up outstanding payment from clients.9 To reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.10 To maintain accounting records by filing documents (hardcopy & softcopy).11 To assist with administrative duties and ensuring compliance to ISO StandardsSecondary Responsibilities1 To assist in other duties as and when assigned by your superior or any of the company's dully authorized officers.SPECIFIC SKILLS:1 Hands-on experience with MS Office, "Millions" or "UBS" accounting software
