Lead transformation initiatives across finance operations, including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Credit, and Financial Risk Control.
Drive process standardization, automation, and operational excellence across the Shared Services Centre.
Mentor and develop a high-performing finance team, ensuring effective leadership and succession planning.
Ensure compliance with SLAs, regulatory requirements, and internal controls.
Partner with IT, HR, and business units to align systems, processes, and strategies.
Monitor KPIs and introduce continuous improvement initiatives.
Champion the adoption of digital finance solutions, including ERP, RPA, and BI tools.
Support strategic decision-making by providing insights and financial leadership.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; professional qualifications such as CA, CPA, or MBA preferred.
Minimum 10 years' experience in finance operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a shared services environment.
Demonstrated success in transformation projects, change management, and process optimization.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive strategic initiatives.
Excellent analytical skills and proficiency with ERP systems, automation tools, and business intelligence platforms.
