- Education: Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
- Experience in a food court, F&B, or retail environment is an advantage, however fresh grads are welcomed to apply.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and AutoCount.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluency in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Skills required: AutoCount and Microsoft Office.
- Profit and Loss Statement Preparation: Prepare and review monthly P&L statements, ensuring all income, cost of goods sold (COGS), operating expenses, and other relevant financial data are accurately recorded.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other key financial documents.
- Record Keeping: Maintain and update financial records, vendor invoices, receipts, and purchase orders.
- Tax Management: Assist with GST (Goods and Services Tax) reporting and filing, ensuring compliance with Malaysian tax regulations.
- Bank Reconciliation: Perform bank reconciliations, ensuring accuracy and resolving any discrepancies.
- Administrative Tasks: General administrative support, including filing and documentation.
