- Stakeholder Management - Lead event project initiatives in region partnering with business, marketing and supporting functions to develop impactful programs in alignment with business strategy.
- Effective planning and end-to-end execution of client events including:
- Clients facing events for marketing campaigns launch.
- Senior clients facing events for networking and social.
- Oliver Wyman Forum events.
- Support the Events Director on regional event tasks and execution of flagship events.
- Research – Keep up to date with new venues, hotels, food & beverage concepts, industry practices in the region.
- Event Production and Delivery - Develop creative event concepts and coordinates logistics including venue sourcing, virtual production, accommodation and travel, invitation and registration, event communication, F&B and event, in collaboration with wider internal teams such as IT, Design and Marketing.
- Post Event Analysis and Closing – post event analysis, feedback collection, monitor ROI data, track and record event budgets and cost savings.
- Ensure all events and programs are compliant with firm wide standards and policies.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across businesses Leadership Team and other partner functions such as Marketing, Events, DTP.
- Occasional business travel to support onsite when needed.
- 3-5 years’ experience of corporate events management in a global/regional environment.
- Strong industry network of peers, venue partners, vendors and suppliers across Asia Pacific Region.
- Strong contract and vendor negotiations.
- Excellent verbal, written communication and analytical skills. Being fluent in more than one language is an added advantage.
- Experience with CRM and event management tools e.g. Cvent, Microsoft Dynamics etc.
- Experience with virtual and interactive tools e.g. Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Slido, etc.
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

- Able to be flexible and adaptable to confidently manage stakeholders and event from end-to-end.
- Extremely thorough and detail oriented, strong knowledge of vendor negotiation and strong budget discipline.
