- To plan, coordinate and execute events
- Upkeep with market trends for event purposes
- Good knowledge with social media platforms to promote and run event
- Sourcing material and event necessities
- Be the point of contact for any events run by you
- Able to liase with clients to understand their requirement for the event
- Resolve issues before and during event quickly
- Possess at least a Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations, Marketing, Hospitality Management or related field.
- Proven work experience as event planner/ coordinator.
- Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply!
- Computer savvy; proficient in MS Office.
- Excellent communication and negotiation ability.
- Able to work with minimum supervision
