- Review, change, adopt, innovate, streamline, and build simple and effective SME Banking business and credit structures.
- Simplify, expedite and transform the existing sales processes – from deal origination through to credit approval, customer acceptance and onboarding – as seen through the lens of the SME customer through process reengineering/simplification and automation.
- Review, enhance and/or develop business and internal processes to support SME.
- Develop and implement process flow/system in compliance with regulatory requirements which relate to SME.
- Lead the development and execution of the SME digital roadmap to serve SME customers faster, better and reaching out to the underserved SMEs to increase market share.
- Propose and make fundamental changes and shifts to achieve SME budget, improve SME customer satisfaction at controlled cost environment.
- Plan, budget, oversight and implementation of projects through to production – coordinate deliverables from internal specialists, business consultants, technical consultants and vendors – ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget and scope.
- Track, manage and report on progress of projects to all stakeholders including business stakeholders, working committees and steering committees.
- Assist with reporting duties in relation to sales management activities for performance management.
- Handle any BAU and ad-hoc reporting requirements in relation to sales management and performance management activities.
- Support and testing for systems used such as loan origination system, digital client onboarding, the Bank’s ICAAP and Stress Test process
- Malaysian citizen
- Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree or equivalent.
- 5 years and above experience in similar industry and/or consulting with a proven track record in Project Management.
- Working knowledge and understanding of business banking (ie. non-retail) products, processes and customer journeys.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, able to effectively convey complex information at all levels
- Influencing and negotiation skills, with the ability to constructively challenge in order to attain productive outcomes
- Proficient working knowledge of MS Office products – Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
